 | This virgin oil is truly a community affair. We borrow one another's rakes and belly bags and all olives are combined in a neighborly fashion. The olives are then carried over the mountain to the Glen Ellen Olive Oil Company for pressing. The bounty from our 30 trees gives us only 16 gallons of this fine liquid gold.

 | We harvest about an acre of provence lavender, dry it in our barn and then the fun beings. I've invented my own "grid" to remove the buds. Last year's crop filled 7 large trash bags. The buds are then stuffed into 9" to 10" linen "pillows. Not your average sachet, this is the pure thing with no filler.
